HORSERADISH TURKEY AND HAM MELT 
6 slices rye bread
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
6 (1 oz.) slices cooked turkey
6 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
6 slices ripe tomato
1 med. green pepper, sliced into 6 rings
Slices Cheddar cheese

Heat broiler. Toast bread. In small bowl stir together butter and horseradish; spread butter mixture on toast. Layer each slice toast with 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 slice tomato and 1 slice green pepper. Place sandwiches on cookie sheet. Broil 3 to 4 minutes. Top with cheese; broil 2 to 3 minutes.
