DEVILED CRABS 
1 can crabmeat, finely cleaned (save juice)
1 hard boiled eggs
Grated celery
Salt and pepper to season
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix in saucepan, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour, juice from crabmeat, 1/4 cup milk and heat and stir until thick. Pour in with crabmeat and mix. Only use enough to make them stick. Mix up egg and milk and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Makes 3 or 4.
