BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli flowerets
1/2 med. onion
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. cheese (sharp, Swiss, American)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar

Make dressing. Fry bacon until crisp. Cut cheese into bits. Chop onion and broccoli and crumble the bacon over top. Add the dressing and mix. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
