TEXAS SHEET CAKE AND FROSTING 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring to a boil in a double boiler: butter, water and cocoa. Remove from heat and add sugar, flour and salt; mix well. Beat together eggs, sour cream and baking soda and add to cocoa mixture. Pour batter into jelly roll pan and bake at 325°F for 25 minutes. While cake is baking, prepare frosting.

Frosting:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt together in double boiler: butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and quickly add walnuts, confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread frosting on hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
