1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Bring butter, milk, and cocoa to boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 box confectioners sugar. Pour out on hot cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
