OVEN BAKED BRISKET | |
6 lb. brisket 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Onion salt Garlic salt 2 tsp. celery seeds 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. liquid smoke 1 bottle Woody's Cookin sauce Mix spices, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke and pat on meat. Wrap tightly with flat side up, in foil. Refrigerate overnight (24 hours). Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Pour Woody's Cookin sauce over meat, wrapped. Cook 1 hour longer. Slice against the grain and serve. Serves 8. |
