OVEN BAKED BRISKET 
7 lb. brisket
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper

PASTE:

2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder

Smear both sides of brisket with paste only. Wrap in foil. Leave overnight in refrigerator. Next day, add the Worcestershire sauce and some black pepper. Reseal in foil and bake about 5 hours at 250 degrees. After meat is done, I like to put it on the gas grill for about 20 minutes with some barbecue sauce on it. The meat is good even without putting it on a grill. I just like to do that for added flavor.
