SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can small evaporated milk

Combine all together and bake in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

TOPPING FOR CASSEROLE:

3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. whole frosted flakes

Melt butter and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients together and sprinkle on potatoes. Bake another 15 minutes with reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees.
