PHILLY CHIPPERS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Combine cream cheese, butter and sugars, mixing until well blended. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chips. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
