EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lg. or 5 sm. potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 stick butter
Cavender's Greek Seasoning, as desired
Parmesan cheese as desired, or grate 1/4 lb. of cheddar cheese or Velveeta cheese
May also add bacon bits as desired

Melt butter in a metal baking pan. Pour diced potatoes in pan and stir well to coat potatoes with butter. Sprinkle as desired with Greek Seasoning. Place in a 400 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender enough to eat. Remove from oven and top with cheese as desired. Heat until cheese melts.
