EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans soup (cream of chicken, celery or mushroom)
8 oz. sour cream
Salt to taste
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Combine ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Top with grated cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
