EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Top with 2 cups crushed cornflake crumbs mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
