1 cup light cream 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup sherry wine 1 tsp. pure vanilla Sweeten the cream and when the sugar has dissolved, stir in the wine carefully. Add the vanilla and beat to a stiff froth. Serve in glasses. |
