WATERGATE CAKE

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. club soda
1 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. pistachio pudding and pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together and beat 4 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. pistachio pudding

Mix together.
