35 Ritz crackers 4 egg whites 1 c. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Crumble crackers and set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold in crackers, vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. TOPPING: 1 can strawberry pie filling 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Coconut Spread can of strawberry pie filling on top of cake. Top with Cool whip and refrigerate. Sprinkle with coconut before serving. |
