8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
2 lb. box Oreo cookies
4 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
1 pkg. gummy worms

Grind up Oreo cookies and set aside to dry out slightly. You may use a food processor. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Set aside. Mix vanilla pudding with milk and set aside. Mix cream cheese with pudding mixture and stir in Cool Whip. Line a clay pot with foil or use a well washed plastic flower pot. Put in a layer of cookie crumbs, then gummy worms, then a layer of pudding mix, repeating until you end up with cookie crumbs and gummy worms on top. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
