CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
1 (15 oz.) bx. Nestle Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix
1 tbsp. water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine Nestle Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix and water; stir briskly to form coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture for topping. Stir in raisins from pouch into remaining mixture. Press crumb-raisin mixture into lightly greased 9 inch square baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Pour over crumb layer. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cool; cut into 2 x 1 inch bars. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 3 dozen 2 x 1 inch bars.
