1 (15 oz.) box Nestle oatmeal raisin cookie mix
1 tbsp. water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine cookie mix and water; stir briskly to form coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping. Stir in raisins from pouch into remaining mixture. Press crumb/raisin mixture into lightly greased 9" square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Beat until creamy. Pour over crumb/raisin layer. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, cut into 2"x1" bars. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 3 dozen 2"x1" bars.
