In a large (new or clean) flower pot make several layers of each of the following steps starting and ending with Oreos and adding gummy worms as you go:

STEP 1: Mix:
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

STEP 2: Cream:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Add:

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped cream

STEP 3:

Cool Whip

STEP 4:
1 pkg. Oreo cookies finely blended in blender (will resemble dirt when blended enough)

Decorate with live or silk flowers and serve with a trowel.
