TURKEY DIVAN 
4 turkey cutlets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Place cutlets in baking dish, combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Pour over turkey. Toss bread crumbs in butter. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs and cheese over top of turkey soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
