CHICKEN SUPREME 
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
4 chicken cutlets
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper

Melt butter, then place on bottom of baking pan. Spread rice evenly over butter. Pour onion soup over rice. Arrange chicken on top of this. Mix cream of chicken soup, water, salt and pepper. Then pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
