SALMON LOAF | |
1 lg. can salmon, remove skin, bones, etc. 1/3 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 c. warm milk 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs, separated 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper Crumble salmon. Add cracker crumbs, spices, lemon juice and egg yolks. Pour warm milk over mixture and mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into salmon mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
