GOOEY BUTTER COFFEE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 egg

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix crust ingredients together (butter, egg and cake mix) until smooth. Batter will not be thin. Press evenly into bottom and sides of a 12 x 18 inch baking sheet (jelly roll pan or pan with sides). Grease pan before placing mixture on the pan.

Combine filling ingredients until smooth and pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F until golden on top (about 30-35 minutes).
