1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix together cake mix, 2 eggs and 1 stick melted butter. Spread in bottom of pan.

Mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs and 1/2 to 3/4 box of confectioners' sugar. Pour on top of other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown 35 to 40 minutes. Pour on rest of sugar.
