1/4 c. olive oil 1/4 c. melted butter 3/4 tsp. basil 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. dry white wine 1-2 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. lemon juice Salt & pepper 2 lbs. fresh shrimp Flatten and marinate raw shrimp 2 hours in above ingredients. Bake 450 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Serve over rice. Allow 1/2 pound shrimp per person. May use prawns. |
