SHRIMP SCAMPI | |
1/4 c. white wine 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 green onion & tops, chopped 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/2 stick butter 1 1/2-2 lb. shrimp Clean and deveined shrimp. Mix all ingredients and marinate shrimp for several hours in refrigerator. Broil or grill about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta. |
