QUICK BLACK FOREST CHERRY CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. fudge cake mix
21 oz. can cherry fruit filling
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten

ICING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Whipped cream or topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan or 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine the 4 cake ingredients. Stir by hand until well mixed. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in jelly roll pan 20 to 30 minutes or 9x13 inch pan 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

In a small saucepan, combine icing ingredients of sugar, butter, and milk. Boil, stirring constantly, one minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until smooth. Pour over cooled cake. Top with whipped cream or topping when serving. Serves 12.
