DESSERT FONDUE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. light cream
1 tsp. cornstarch

Put above ingredients in blender. Then cook over medium heat until slightly thick. Put in fondue pot. Dip marshmallows, fruit, angel food cake, sponge cake, ladyfingers, etc. May also substitute 1 1/2 cups of canned fruits such as raspberries, peaches, apricots, blueberries or rhubarb.
