FROZEN DESSERT 
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries (other fruit as well)
1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1 c. vanilla wafer cookie crumbs

Cream sugar and butter until light. Whip cream and fold into sugar mixture. Add berries and nuts. Cover bottom of 8x12 inch dish with 1/2 the cookie crumbs. Pour berry mixture on top and sprinkle remaining crumbs evenly. Freeze 24 hours. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving. 8 to 10 servings.
