CURLY NOODLE SALAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
14 oz. pkg. curly noodles, cooked
2 c. diced cheese
2 c. diced celery
1 c. shredded carrots
1 green pepper, cut fine
Onions, optional

Mix sugar, vinegar and oil. Add remaining ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours in refrigerator, mixing occasionally. Will keep for several weeks.
