SWEET POTATO COBBLER 
1 pie crust mix
2 1/2 c. water
2 lg. sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter

Peel and slice potatoes. Add sugar and cinnamon and cook until tender. Line deep dish with crust. Add potatoes and butter. Put strips of crust on top and sprinkle with one teaspoon of sugar. Bake at 350-400 degrees until nice and brown on top. Enjoy!
