EASY COBBLER 
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 can pie filling (cherry, apple, etc.)
1 prepared pie crust

Cook 3/4 of butter with next 3 ingredients until sugar is melted. Pour in 8 inch square Pyrex dish. Pour in pie filling. Roll crust until thin and cut into strips to place lattice wise across, the cobbler. Slice remainder of butter stick across top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
