PEACH COBBLER 
3 lbs. fresh sliced peaches
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. stick butter, cubed
Dash of cinnamon
Pillsbury All Ready pie crust

Place peaches in casserole dish. Mix salt, cream, flour, sugar and pour over peaches. Put cubed butter on top of batter. Cut crust into strips and place on top. Bake until crust is brown at 400 degrees.
