SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. scallops
1 pkg. stack Ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Melt butter and add crackers, crushed; mix with fork. Add sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well with fork to keep it crumbly.

Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan with butter and spread scallops. Cover the scallops with dressing and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. This dressing can be used with shrimp or lobster... very delicious!

I made this for dinner today and it was delicious. I sprinkled a little paprika over the top of the crumbs to give a "browned" look to them. Hubby love it.
