SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 pkgs. Ritz crackers
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops, you can substitute 1 lb. shrimp

Melt butter and crumble in crackers - mix together.

Heat soup and mix shrimp and scallops in. Layer cracker mixture and shrimp mixture, starting and ending with crackers in a 1 3/4 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
