SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 c. Ritz crackers (crumbled)
1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
2 lbs. scallops
1 lb. shrimp cooked and deveined
1 lb. crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt butter, add to crumbs, mix scallops, shrimps and crab meat with undiluted soup. In 9 x 13 or larger casserole put half of crumbs mixture and pat down. Add scallops, shrimp and crab meat mixture. (spoon it on.) Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
