SALLY'S CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 stacks or 2 1/4 c. Ritz crackers
1 1/4 lb. butter
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 lbs. seafood (fish, shrimp, scallops, crablegs, etc.) (4 c.)

Mix together crumbled crackers and melted butter. Mix together soup, mayonnaise and seafood. Place a layer of crumb mixture in bottom of casserole. Layer seafood on top and cover with remaining cracker crumb mixture. Cook until heated through at 350 degrees, about 30 minutes.
