TRIPLE CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine and put in 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes; cool.

CHEESE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. Kahlua

Beat cream cheese and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, and Kahlua. Pour into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Spread 8 ounces of sour cream over cheese layer, then 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate, grated. Refrigerate.

CHOCOLATE LAYER:

1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. boiling water
4 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. dark rum

Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Add chocolate, then rest of ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Spread over cheese layer.

TOPPING:

Use 1 cup heavy whipping cream and sprinkle with grated Hershey bar. Well worth the time to make this. It is exceptionally rich.
