BAKED CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted or 8 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease spring-form pan (8 1/2 inch or 9 inch) with shortening (no flour). Combine butter, crumbs, and sugar; pat firmly on bottom of spring-form pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand; beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Remove sides of pan. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Also freezes well.
