SUGAR FREE OATMEAL BARS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. white grape juice
2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped, toasted pecans
1/2 c. chopped raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, well beaten
1 banana, mashed

In a small saucepan, melt butter with juice. In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans, and cinnamon; mix well. Pour juice mixture over oat mixture. Stir in egg and banana; mix well. Press into a greased 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. May be used with a light glaze of strawberry jelly.
