EASY DEEP DISH PIZZA 
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease jelly roll pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; gently smooth dough on bottom and up on sides of pan with floured hands. Pinch edges forming 3/4 inch rim. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, salt, and garlic until beef is browned; drain. Mix tomato sauce and seasonings; spread evenly over dough. Spoon beef mixture evenly over sauce. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
