DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1/2 lb. Bob Evans sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 count) can refrigerated buttermilk or country style biscuits
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Brown sausage, beef, and onion. Drain. Stir in tomato paste, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer while preparing crust. Separate dough into 10 biscuits and arrange in pan, pressing over bottom and sides. Spoon meat mixture into crust. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.
