MASTERPIECE MOCHA TORTE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed firm
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
3/4 c. butter

Combine above ingredients until crumbly. Grease and flour three 9 inch cake pans. Line each pan with above crunchy mixture, pack evenly and firm.

1 pkg. Pillsbury dark chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter-butter, softened
3 eggs

Combine above ingredients and beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Evenly divide the batter into 3 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes and remove from pans.

ICING:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter-butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1-2 tbsp. milk
