MOCHA BROWNIE TORTE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. chilled heavy cream
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant coffee

Grease and flour 2 layer pans ( inch). Blend mix by adding the water, the eggs and stir in the nuts. Put in pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely.

In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream, gradually adding the sugar and coffee, until stiff. Fill layers with a cup of the mixture and frost the cake with the rest. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and chill at least 1 hour.

This is a classic, and so good. I add a little cocoa powder to the whipped cream and use flaked almonds for the nuts.
