MOCHA BROWNIE TORTE | |
1 (15.5 oz.) fudge brownie mix 1/4 c. water 2 eggs 1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped 3 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 tbsp. powdered instant coffee Shaved chocolate Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 layer pans, 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Blend dry brownie mix, water and eggs. Stir in nuts. Spread in pans. Bake 20 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes, remove from pans and place on wire racks to cool completely. In chilled bowl, beat whipped topping and coffee until mixed. Fill layers with 1 cup of cream mixture. Frost with remaining cream mixture; sprinkle with chocolate. Chill at least 1 hour. 10 to 12 servings. |
