BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can beer, room temperature

Mix flour and sugar together. Pour in beer and mix well.

Put into well greased or well sprayed (Pam) loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. While cooling, put butter on tops of loaves.

Mixture does not need to rise and loaf tops will not be smooth.
