FIBER - FILLED BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
2 c. boiling water

Mix above and cool. 2 1/2 c. sugar

Cream shortening and sugar. 1 qt. buttermilk 5 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 tsp. salt 5 c. flour 3 c. Kellogg's All Bran

Add eggs, one at a time to creamed mixture. Then add buttermilk and Nabisco 100% Bran mixture. Then add soda, salt, flour and Kellogg's All Bran. Mix well until all is moist. Raisins may be added. Bake desired quantity in greased tins at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Store rest of batter in covered container in refrigerator.
