COCONUT CRUNCH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped coconut
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. whipped cream

Mix flour, brown sugar, butter and coconut. Brown in pan in oven (350 degrees), stirring occasionally. Watch carefully so it does not burn. Cover with pudding when cool and whip cream. Sprinkle with some of crumbs.
