COCONUT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant coconut pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix first 4 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip and spread on first layer. Blend pudding and cold milk until thick. Spread on second layer and spread other 1/2 of Cool Whip on third layer. Garnish with nuts and toasted coconut. Cool.
