COCONUT CRUNCH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
Lg. 1/2 c. brown sugar
Lg. 1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. flaked coconut

Brown in 350 degree oven. Stir and watch often for burning. Then cool. 1 package vanilla pudding mix (instant); make according to directions. Mix: 1/2 c. crunch coconut

Let set in refrigerator. Put layer of crunch in bottom of pan. Then pudding and cream and crunch mix on top. Then the rest of crunch on top. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. This should be made long enough ahead so it has several hours to set. Keep refrigerated.
